We just wanted you to know Sky is doing wonderful. She is loving and brilliant, I just can't say enough about her. She is getting along with her new brothers. She is already a pro at sitting, lying down, shaking paw, etc. In my experience, I have not had such a young pup that is so cooperative and easy to train. She took to her crate beside [my other dog] the very first night.

The breeding of our next litter is planned for April 2010 and is expected to be a Striker x Jada breeding, you can read about both dogs on our website. Earlier in the summer we shared about a very special photo shoot for a Here in Hanover magazine article we were a part of. The article is finally out and I am just stunned at how great it turned out. Katharine Britton is the author of this beautiful 6 page spread that goes so far beyond describing what goes into showing dogs to create a striking narrative that warms the heart, or at least it warms mine. The title says it all, “Heart of a Champion.” |
