Boarding Services

We strive to provide the very finest accommodations and services available in the area. We take great pride in providing a loving and expertly staffed environment for your family's companions. Our facility is new construction and was designed by Jay Atwood for the safety and security of all boarded pets, the facility houses 30 indoor/outdoor runs, grooming room, crate room with raised bath tub, and reception area. It is complete with a full wash down system for all runs. Indoor/Outdoor runs have radiant heated floor for use during the winter and are air conditioned during the summer.

Three sizes of runs are available to accommodate any size dog or allow up to two dogs from the same family to stay together. Small runs are 3' x 6' indoor and 3' x 12' outdoor. Medium runs are 4' x 6' indoor and 4' x 12' outdoor. Large runs are 5' x 6' indoor and 5' x 12' outdoor. One extra large run is 7' x 6' indoor and 7' x 12' outdoor. Indoor runs are 6 1/2 ' tall and outdoor runs are 8 ft tall. Runs are divided inside by fiberglass solid wall barriers which aid in soundproofing and cross-contamination.

Outdoor runs are covered and large garage doors are opened weather permitting. Indoor runs are ventilated by several large fans and an exhaust system as well as a commercial grade HVAC and air exchange system. This ventilation allows for the air inside our facility to be exchanged 8 times per hour while maintaining desired temperature and humidity. This is extremely important for the safety of all boarded animals with concern to air born viruses and other health issues. Natural light floods the indoor runs through our skylights.

All pets are supplied with elevated beds and fleece bedding. Toys are supplied in the exercise pens. Pets are always supplied with fresh water, no matter where they are located at the moment. Stereo music plays night and day in our boarding areas to simulate the sounds heard at home. Sound ranges from VPR to Classical to our wide selection of CDs.

Special needs dogs are welcome to stay at our facilities. Special considerations will be made for them. Special needs dogs includes, but is not limited to, older pets, diabetics, injured pets, recent post-operative dogs, blind dogs, and pets that just need extra care and supervision.

Special needs dogs can stay behind the reception desk or in the grooming room. Here they receive extra attention and constant supervision. Pets that stay in the reception area are walked on leashes several times a day and weather permitting play in the exercise pens surrounding the facility. They are fed at the same time as the other boarded pets unless instructed otherwise by the owner. Medications will be given at the instruction of the owner/veterinarian.

All dogs staying for Boarding must be up to date with their vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required. Please review our Vaccination Policy.
